TickFoundry Founder Pricing Offer

These are the terms of TickFoundry's founder pricing offer. The offer is closed: no subscription started on or after 15 October 2026, 00:00:00 UTC, on any plan or venue, carries the founder rate. These terms continue to govern the subscriptions that already carry it. They form part of our Terms and Conditions and apply alongside the Plan Schedule under which your plan was bought.

1. The offer

The founder rate is 25% off the price of your plan, on every billing period, for as long as the subscription it was applied to stays active.

2. Who can get it

1. The founder rate was available on new Explorer and Premium subscriptions bought through checkout on tickfoundry.com, and on Starter, L10, and L25 subscriptions bought from our pre-release plans page between 7 and 14 October 2026, monthly or annual, while the offer was open.
2. The offer closed at 00:00:00 UTC on 15 October 2026, when the current plans and prices took effect. The plans sold from that moment, on every venue, are sold without the founder rate.
3. There were 50 founder seats in total, with seats reserved for members of our pre-launch waitlist counting against the 50.
4. One founder seat per person. A seat belongs to the subscription it was applied to and cannot be transferred to another person, account, or subscription.

3. What it applies to

1. The founder rate applies to the plan's subscription price.
2. Where backfill was bought in the same checkout as a Starter, L10, or L25 plan before the offer closed, the founder rate also applied to that backfill.
3. It does not apply to add-ons, to backfill bought separately, to single market·days, or to Custom plans.
4. It cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion code.

4. How long it lasts

1. The discount stays with the subscription for as long as that subscription remains active. A change of plan or billing interval made through the billing portal changes the price on the same subscription, and the discount stays with it.
2. If the subscription ends, including when a cancellation takes effect or the subscription lapses after a failed payment that is not recovered, the discount ends with it. It is not reinstated on a later subscription.
3. The discount applies to the price of your plan as it stands from time to time. Changes to plan prices are governed by Section 12 of the Terms.

5. General

We may refuse or withdraw the founder rate where we reasonably believe it was obtained in breach of these terms or the Terms and Conditions, for example through multiple accounts. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
