At checkout, or any time later from your plan page, buy any number of past calendar months at your plan's depth (or a shallower one). Backfill runs backwards from the first day you already have, so it is always one unbroken range. Six months cost five, twelve cost eight, and every month beyond twelve is flat. The days of the month you join in that fall before your lookback are pro-rated by the day. Kalshi's book archive starts 2026-09-27: until its first whole month, the days before your lookback are charged by the day.

Each venue is its own subscription — subscribe to one, two or all three and they add up. Each has its own plan, its own monthly or yearly billing (a yearly plan includes that venue's last 12 months), its own history and backfill, and is changed or cancelled on its own.
Nothing changes for a plan you hold today: its price and its history stay as they are. Switch to one of these from your account page when it suits you; the backfill you buy is yours for twelve months whatever happens to the plan.
